Dublin - ireland trip

This can consider our first trip outside the UK which is to Ireland, Dublin. We went there to celebrate christmas, well not the exact day though but on the 20.12.08 till the 23.12.08. It was a nice trip, first time organizing there are a few mistakes here and there and that's where we learn from.. HAHA.. Well it is really a nice trip plus tiring too,... AHHA.. Lets start the journey..

This was the nite before we have to head to the airport, there was a party at Khai win's place to celebrate christmas, a so call malaysian gathering at telford court and it was nice, HAHA.. Alot of them drank but we were not suppose to because we had a plane to catch at like 1.30 am in the morning but some of us still did drink.. HAHA.. Oh well it was not tat bad though.. SO after the party the 9 of us went back and rest for a while about an hour plus and then we headed of to the college lane bus stop. 1.30am waiting for the bus to luton airport with a few of them druken... ^.^ Then the airport service was tat bad, man check in and payment for extra check in luggage was in different counters?? What the hell... Aiks.. And only one hand luggeage which includes hand bags??? What sort of rule.. Oh well.. We still got through in the end.. Then we were on the same flight with winnie, lammy and kat.. FLEW TO DUBLIN AIRPORT.......

After reaching the airport, we took a bus to o'connelly street which can be considered the busiest road there and then we got off and went into burger king to settle down the me, chua, keng soon and kong went to hunt for the hostel which was actually quite near from where we got off.. Then after the burger king breakfast we went to the hostel to check in and the receptionist told us that we only could check in like 3pm.... we were like WHAT!!! coz everyone was super tired after the long nite awake at the airport so we decided to head out to the roads to walk around.. HAHA.. Hmm.. Well we walked like 30 minutes just to head to our first destination which was the national museum which we actually din even noe where it was exatcly situated, just keep asking people on the streets. When we reach the museum it was like a huge empty space in the middle and so we started taking pictures, not that much but still we did take pictures and which walking there we passed by the tram which was call LUAS ahhaha... AFter walking so far to the musuem we decided to ride on the LUAS tram back to where we came from.. HAHA.. while walking back we meet axe frens fong yee and yee yoke.. Nice peeps.. ^.^ Then we went back to the hostel, check in oh yea before that we went to search for lunch and damn the food there is super expensive and the cheapeast was this super mac a fast food restaurant and there is free stuff like ice cream and stuff.. AHHA.. Well ok then we went back to the hostel took a both then we went out again just to experience the nite life.. We went to a chinese restaurant for dinner.. IT was not cheap but damn the food was awesome coz most of them are from malaysia and darn i suddenly miss the sambal back in malaysia.. HAHAHa.. Then after dinner we went the chirstmas market street which is not open at nite but then the view there is breath taking and it will be wasted without taking pictures so we took pictures there, alot alot of pictures.. AHA.. Then we went back to the hostel and the guys went out for a drink and the girls stayed in the room and chatted about birth signs and calculations all sort.. AHHA.. really nice.. Yee Yoke was the master mind with all the analysis.. AHHA.. Nice to hear so much and learn somehting new.. HAHA.. SLEEP!!!!!

This was a whole day trip, breakfast at 9.30 which closes at 10am and we only ate bread with butter and cereal.. HAHA.. It was free though.. HAHA.. then we went to guiness factory, 11 euro per entry and so we entered and it was an alrite trip.. in the end we all got 1 glass of guiness which is included in the 11 euro so everyone took one glass and most of the girls cant finish theirs including me.. AHHA.. If there were more time i might be able to finish it.. AHHA.. No one got drunk, tats a good sign and then after tat we went to the dublin castle, i forgot who say he stayed in there before.. HHAa.. Jokers in the gang, oh well we were walking in the castle then all of the sudden, janice wasnt feeling well and she wanted to puke and nearly fainted.. Poor darling, she was sick throughout the whole trip until now.. Hope she gets better soon.. After the castle, we went to a buffet restaurant somewhere in dublin not sure where and we ate alot alot.. HAHAH.. Jae and axe keep bullying the two girls by pretending to add dirt into their dishes... What small kids,, HAHA.. Then they took alot of chicken wings and ate it all.. Damn everyone was like starving.. HAHA.. THen we got back to the hostel and we played mafia a game where everyone wants to kill me first or else kick me away coz i was too noisy.. AHHA.. Damn.. But it was fun.. HAHAH.. Kong started analysing and penny for the first time scolding i forgot who "F**K YOU" HAHHAa.. really funny.. HAHAH,. Then sleeping time.. HAHAH.. Before that it was sharing moment coz fung yee and yee yoke will be leaving us the next day.. AHA..

The third day without fong yee and yee yoke was abit dull but still we visited a few places like the st.patrick cathedral and after tat i had my first taste of irish coffee which although htere was alcohol in it but i did not get drunk.. YAY me.. AHAHHA.. Then we pass by the park and into the national art gallery where there is alot of pictures and painting.. Really nice place to be.. HAHA.. Wish could stayed there longer.. HAHAH.. And then we took a picture with one of the guard guarding the coucil house.. not sure wat he was guarding though.. AHHAA.. then we went pass the bank of ireland and we started searching for dinner, a nice irish dinner since we had subway for breakfast and our last dinner in dublin so we went to one of the restuarant opposite temple bar which is where we went for a drink at nite.. HHAa.. The temple bar was a pub where there was irish music and everyone was drinking and listening to music.. HAHA.. We were having fun playing a game that axe thought of.. AHAH.. really awesome.. Then all went back and SLEEP!!!

The last day and we did not do much, just went out buy souviners then went back to the hotel and took the bus to the airport.. Our 4 days trip at dublin ireland ended just like tat.. Alot memories, memories of all of us having fun together and alot of first things i did there and i think the rest too.. Next stop i hope so it will be scotland and some toher places in the uk.. Wanna go travel tavel before i get back to malaysia.. AHAHa... Nice nice.. Had alot of fun.. Wish my family was here with me.. ^.^ Now back to studies.. FInals around.. good luck peeps... ^.^

Disappointment

Aiks.. did super badly for my Financial strategy assignment.. The rest of the subjects are alrite but not my financial strategy assignment.. Just no idea how a good assignment is.. Damn frustrated about assignment marks.. How to improve?? Find lecturer and ask him i guess.. No other choice to improve but to work extra hard and give in more time.. no more fooling around jenna.. Stop all the time wasting and concentrate on ur goal.. I noe i can do it.. AHAH.. nothing is impossible..HEHEHE.. HOPE SO!! HAAHA.. Damn.. Suddenly miss malaysia alot alot.. It is so hard to get even a part time job here.. Haiz.. Now i realise being overseas, it aint easy.. You have to overcome things and find new ways to handle things without ur families help.. Out of our own comfort zone.. Sometimes it is not easy.. Well i just have to look at things positively.. there is always a solution to everything.. nothing is impossible it seems but there are still some minority.. HAHA.. Oh well i just have to overcome my problems and find soloutions to it.. I think it will be alrite though.. AHHA.. Dun give up peeps.. Things will be fine eventually.. HAHA.. Take care.. Good luck..
